      Pros

      Excellent center team. Everyone is great to work with. Pay was competitive. Bonuses were predictable. Job is relatively zero stress.

      Cons

      Company has no idea how to manage medical staff or how to pay medical staff. They put us on sales commission. And they stopped giving raises saying that we could earn our raise in commission.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
