Pros

The pay is decent - if you're earning a lot of commission. Good PTO for full-time employees.

Cons

No matter what your role is, you are expected to be a salesperson before anything else. When they're hiring you, they'll tell you the sales is just a portion of your job expectations. It's not. Whether you are a nurse, a client coordinator, or a consultant, you are nothing but your sales numbers - but most employees will never receive formal sales training. Sales goals are astronomical for a business that keeps raising their prices on luxury services during a time of economic difficulty for many people, and if you don't meet sales goals, you can expect to be personally named and shamed by management in email chains that go out to hundreds of employees across your region in the name of "accountability." Company policies demonstrate no interest in customer satisfaction, and at the clinic level you will bear the brunt of every client who screams and threatens legal action while having no power to actually resolve their concerns. There is near-constant restructuring at the upper management and corporate levels which leads to frequent policy changes, which are implemented without any warning or opportunity for feedback from the employees affected by the change. There's a strong sense that at any moment, you might lose your job without warning. Even as a full-time employee, hours are cut constantly, and then when the remaining skeleton crews don't have the extra time to cold call a bunch of people to try and sell treatments, they are blamed for it.
