Pros
The company has work from home, equipment provided, and great team.
Cons
The compensation is unrealistic. They claim you will make 50,000 a year your first year which is not true. You will barely make draw, you will not have enough support in the evening, and they consistently hammer you about sales when they do not realize the pain points. The pay was not livable in today's world. Why would you work 40 hours a week and still be unable to make the income you need to cover bills AND enjoy life? PTO is also incredibly hard to obtain. You will have it in months in advance and see that they don't want to give you the days off and then you get punished for being off and having less in sales. The company is going through changes, the leads are not good and you are micromanaged and treated like a child while you work at home. If the only pro is working at home with this company then the scale is completely uneven. I am making double the pay, less phone calls, more client focus, better benefits. The grass is greener on the other side.
