The headline of the job description advertises a salary of $60-90k- very misleading. The commission structure is predatory. It’s a draw and you have to work extra hours to make $25k. You have to work at least 12 hour days FOR MONTHS in order to work up to $60k. Everyone in the company works the last 3 days of every month- no exceptions. They did not tell me about this beforehand. The scheduling is so weird that you rarely get two days off in a row. Sometimes they adjust your hours unexpectedly and you have to work late and then get up for an early shift the next day with barely any rest. Everyone gets carpal tunnel with this job! My health suffered with all of these extra hours, little time off, late shifts and early starts plus the chronic carpal tunnel.
