Guests are constantly upset, and rightfully so, the prices are incredibly high, the refund process is impossible, and the turnover rate is so bad that it's very difficult for guests to find appointments at times. They then let out their anger on the receptionists. New protocols are introduced all the time and they often make matters worse, such as automatically charging the guest a $50 fee when they cancel (even though we cancel on them many times). Our manager was great, but she managed several clinics so there is never someone immediately available when a guest asks for a manager. Overall, constant harassment from angry guests and a very disorganized company.
