      Free treatment for laser hair removal

      Cons

      - cuts hours for nurses - makes front desk girls work full days by themselves - fires only district manager and hires one out of the country to run 4 clinics - bribes clients to give Google reviews - sets up contests just to give us $10 lunches - one time my clinic’s location won a $500 dinner and management ended up diving it between 4 clinics instead!

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
