Pros

Loved my coworkers, the culture of my clinic, the time I was able to spend with most of my clients, and decent pay

Cons

They called me the day of my scheduled shift to let me go due to company restructuring. Absolutely no job security. They let go a lot of their management, and have been getting rid of people in most positions. They are also severely understaffed for some positions. Instead of fixing issues in the way they practice business, it appears they think it is better to get rid of the employees. Regardless of how good of an employee one may be, corporate cares more about seniority/who has been there the longest. Clients have difficulty getting scheduled which messes with their contract, and it seems they aren’t taken seriously because the company will always get new people to sign up for contracts. Prices also continue to go up significantly in short time frames, which is very upsetting for clients; and office staff get the brunt of that. Regardless of what the company preaches, staff and clients are just numbers to them. They don’t care about anything other than sales and productivity, which many of us could feel as employees (but also didn’t feel set up for success in either of these departments). They also preach that they educate and train, when in reality they give you 3 total hours of hands on Botox training prior to sending you out with clients on your own to practice. Most of us are practicing on our clients for at least a month before we are comfortable with a modality, which doesn’t feel ethical especially with the prices these people are paying.

Pros

Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

Cons

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
