      The training is impeccable, It doesn't stop when you hit the floor.. With this company you continue learning everyday. Its all hands on deck all of the time. The amount of help and resources are endless with Ideal Image. They truly set you up for success.

      Cons

      Just like any sales environment it becomes very competitive. The pressure is real!

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
