      I read every bad review before I started at Ideal Image and took the job anyway. I would advise you not to make the same mistake I did. Listen to the reviews. Ps. You will never actually get the free treatment they promise you.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
