Work from home. Extensive training in salesforce and inside sales. Call center experience
Cons
The schedule isn’t flexible at first. Didn’t have 2 days off in a row. Hard to make commissions in the beginning. Was told that in order to be a high performer, you must work a lot of overtime. It’s tiring work.
