Pros
The only perk to this job is the ability for uncapped earning potential.
Cons
This company will never value you as an employee. They will only see you as a number and nothing more. You get hired on with a great schedule and then after 3 months you are given the worst schedule with random days off not consecutively. Every 3 months you get a new schedule and you could work anywhere starting at 5 am to ending at 10pm at night. I have now worked at this company for over 2 years and it is truly terrible. The only thing that keeps me working here is the money. They make you sell services for clinics that do not have any availability for 6+ months and then expect you to handle the repercussions when the guest is mad that they cant get in for the service that they paid for. We are also offered employee treatments as part our benefits package and in the 2 years I have worked for the company I have never received this perk and refuse to allow us to use what they gave us in the benefits package when you sign on. If don't hit exceedingly high numbers they will fire you without hesitation. We have an F rating on the BBB for a reason. This job will cause you so much stress as they switch up policies and how you earn money every couple months. Don't get comfortable because things change so drastically all the time you are constantly having to relearn your job. The benefits package is trash. We pay over $300 a month for health insurance and it is by far the worst coverage I have ever received from a corporation. The clinic could screw up on something and instead of it going against the clinic, they refund the consultant (me) and I have to eat the refund even though I did my job and everything correct. There is a reason why this company is always hiring and its because the turn over is so high because everyone either hates it and quits or is fired for having morals with sales. If you need a manager to help you, good luck getting a response from anyone for days. Save yourself.
