-Toxic culture. -Executive leadership is totally disconnected from the workers who are actually bringing in the money and performing the work. -Lots of unfulfilled promises to employees. -Company always seems to be in a state of chaos. You will spend your days putting out fires and trying to dodge the blame from those above you who take no accountability for their poor policies and lack of business strategy. -Corporate knows how to make going to work feel like you are on your way into a dark hole. The end of the work day can’t come fast enough due to the back-stabbing ways of the leaders running the company. -I would rather make less money and be treated better at a different company.
