The people I work with are wonderful. I look forward to seeing everyone every day, and I appreciate the friendliness and kindness that people show each other here (even those at the top). Not a lot of work environments are this fun to work in, and it makes it possible to look forward to coming into the office every day.

It can get busy, but nothing outside of what the average successful company deals with.

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
