Good work-life balance. Highly motivated teams. HR conducts cultural, social and informational events quite regularly. In pre-covid era, the workplace was good with a great ambience. Post-covid, flexible work hours and naturally supportive of working from home. On the technology-front, I get great support and encouragement from the leaders in the organization to explore, experiment and provide innovative solutions to enhance our capabilities. It’s a good place to work, learn and contribute.
