Pros
Working at Ideal Image as a Regional Sales Manager was an incredibly rewarding experience and one that feels almost impossible to characterize on paper. The things I loved most about the job were intangible and nearly indescribable. Rather than read a bunch of reviews on sites like these, I recommend that you just apply and see for yourself.
Cons
The company is large, but people tend to stay long-term which makes it hard to grow quickly. You typically have to wait for someone to leave. So, if no one is around retirement age, you could be waiting a while.
