      Pros

      Started working here right around when COVID struck. It was pretty terrible for a while because of all of the shut downs and drastic changes that had to be made. Through it all Ideal Image has treated me very well. I’ve been able to acclimate to the job pretty well considering the circumstances.

      Cons

      Any complaints I have are COVID related so I can’t exactly blame it on the company.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
