Pros
You get to have free treatments done sometimes if you even have the time for it.
Cons
They are very money hungry!! They don’t care about their nurses at all. They will overwork you and will not care when you go the extra mile. They won’t do anything about rude and disrespectful clients either. Management is a joke. High turnover rate which makes the job 10x more stressful
