Pros
You can make a decent living. Benefits are ok. They have a great dental plan if you are someone who goes to the dentist regularly, you get 4 free cleanings a year. It's not a job where you take work home with you. You go in, perform a function, and do what you're supposed to, and then go home. Much less stress than other sales jobs.
Cons
Dishonest sales people that will steal your leads, inexperienced managers that have never run a call center before and lack a backbone to stand up for what is right for the employees. New ownership has made so many cuts that sales staff are making a fraction of what they used to. Commissions on shows were cut from $30 to $20 and buys went from $60 to $30. You have a draw, so now it takes longer to hit your draw before you start making commissions.
