      Great perks and great coworkers,

      Cons

      Change ways you earn bonus constantly and don't provide the tools needed to track progress. Take away perks, can't manage customer complaints or drive sales with strict policies and rules.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
