-Slow hiring process -Sometimes you have to deal with difficult people on the phone but if you are skilled enough for this position, you shouldn’t have a problem resolving whatever conflict is at hand in a professional way. You are representing the company as a whole and are usually the first contact the guest has with our company. Patience is also super important with this job.
