      The team I work with is spectacular. Bonuses were great.

      Benefits. Every center employee has sales "goals" - including RN staff... if goals aren't met, no raise.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
