      Pros

      You get to help make people feel their best, you get treatments on all the amazing services, great work schedule, amazing benefits, pay, and bonus structure. The company atmosphere is extremely positive and you get to constantly be around happy and upbeat employees. I have seen that if you work hard and are great at your job you can move up in the company and that is a great feeling.

      Cons

      The center manager position is for self- starters and people who can take control without constant direction and instruction.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
