Pros
I use to think that I had landed the job of the century! Up until a few months ago, I literally loved my job and planned on moving my way up into a career here. (that's a joke, there is no room for advancement.) The only pro is the free treatments that you are offered.
Cons
MANAGEMENT.. from the top down. corporate is clueless to what happens in the centers. they look at spreadsheets all day and if you are not meeting their 'unrealistic' expectations they threaten your job. The worst part is you are EXTREMELY dispensable, they take no value in their employees. If they do not like you, or if someone else doesn't like you, they will make sure you are fired. Recently brought center managers in.. HUGE waste of money. All they have done so far is sit and look at spread sheets and ask 120 times per day what does the schedule look like. Has barely had any guest interactions and it's like pulling teeth to get them away from the computer in the provider room, or on Mondays, out of the sales office.
