      Pros

      I have been with Ideal Image for a few years and couldn't imagine myself anywhere else! I work with a great team of experienced staff. I believe in our services and love to make people happy and feel confident!

      Cons

      The office is open on Saturday. 401k is not matched. Sometimes there are communication issues, but we are all human. There are way more pros than cons with this company.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
