      Pros

      Job advancement, bonuses, great coworkers, awesome bosses and BENEFITS!!! You have to here to work and take this seriously! People are coming here looking for help and sensitivity is a big thing! Be professional.

      Cons

      There will always be cons of a job, like I wish our computers and system were faster and wifi would be great for guests who are here for hours. There are always things we want to change with management and the higher ups but if you are here to actually work and not just look for a lazy job, this place is awesome!

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
