Pros
Amazing staff, running your own business how you see fit, opportunity to love your job if you are passionate. Was able to build amazing relationships with all levels of leadership. Excessive growth opportunity both personally and professionally.
Cons
The last two months have been traumatizing when it came to any communication of job security. There was constant communication until the company started closing. Reaching out to try to find resources with zero response. Company coming to a close and selling off to other businesses that are shady and will use you then fire you without reason after 3 days. Making a great place to work completely miserable the last few months of being open.
