      Good base pay for freshers, not much apart from that

      Cons

      WFO culture, lack of flexibility in WFH or leaves, lacking bonus/appraisal, delayed appraisal cycle, micro management in terms of working hours from HR even if you manager is chill

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
