      LDP is an great way to start a career with many amazing benefits and perks within ION

      Cons

      As LDPs you're at the mercy of upper management for rotations a lot of the time, but you can make a case for yourself

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
