Pros

My supervisor was understanding and flexible. Pay is decent, but sounds like that may not be the case soon (details below).

Cons

My company was acquired by ION a couple of years ago, and every day has gotten worse and worse since. Imagine the reverse of the Wizard of Oz, where a vibrant and diverse company with a great culture suddenly turns to a black and grey, lifeless world. Upper management cannot communicate to save their lives, and when they do communicate, they use corporate buzzwords that don't mean anything. Nothing but empty promises. Getting an email on a Saturday morning telling all employees they had to return to the office 5 days a week "for a more collaborative culture" (that collaborative culture is really just a silent and half-empty office with people who avoid talking to new people at all costs) starting in a week. The CEO so obviously could not care less about any of his employees; all he cares about is money, money, money. His son also berates other employees over email about how stupid they and their ideas are, creating a volatile environment where everyone walks on egg shells constantly. Not to mention higher-ups readjusting commission because "people were making too much". Constant changes to processes and technology and pulling the rug out from under teams by stopping and starting campaigns with no explanation. I would warn people not to work here, but this company doesn't really hire, they acquire. So most people are working here not on their own volition, which makes sense because I would hope no one would voluntarily apply to work here.

Pros

I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

Cons

RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
