Highly manager centric system with no feedback from employees for the same. Your life doesn't matter to them and manager makes you do their assigned jobs and take all your credit in upper management without getting you any recognition. The manager treats you like slaves as per their will and also makes sure that you cannot convey this out of the team. In other words, manager has complete power to destory your personal life and mental health with higher management having no interest in what is going on.
