      - Product-based - starting salary

      Cons

      - WFO even in night shift - Less number of paid leaves - stringent and almost non-existent allowance of WFH even in health crisis and when the entire work can be done in laptop. HR pushes to take leaves even if you have less number of it.

      Good opportunity to step into leadership because they're firing everyone

      Cons

      Comp scheduled for April likely isn't coming until Autumn according to people in the know and everyone will still be underpaid after that. Pitiful company.
