Pros

Good colleagues and that's about it

Cons

-Senior management are all "Yes" people and will do anything they can to please the CEO. -CEO has to sign off an all prices provided to the customer. Depending on what mood the CEO is in, will determine what price the customer gets. no standard pricing. - no product roadmaps, just made up decks with some pictures and made up stories. No truth behind it - Senior management doesn't care about the customers or staff, only about their own pocket - any graduate planning to work here - DON'T- the way ION runs the business is not how business in the real world are run - company has not progressed, still run as a start up where a single person makes all decision - I could go on but best advice is AVOID AT ALL COST

Pros

I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

Cons

RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
