- The medium size of the company allows for both engagement in high stake projects and space for entrepreneurial thinking via new initiatives - The rotational graduate scheme has an eye opening effect on domain specialisation pathways and skill development within Fin-Tech - There are people from all walks of life and business background, from start-uppers to experienced and established Fin-Tech figures to learn from!
Cons
- There is always a bit of a culture shock each time an acquisition is made. This then smoothens eventually, but makes the working environment a bit less peaceful than usual.
