Pros
Working at any organisation has it's own pros and cons because not everything can be perfect everywhere but ION as an organization tries it's level best to give it's employees the best working environment, work-life balance, a politics free culture and a team where you can learn and grow. The team work here is great, the reporting authorities are really cool and experienced. The compensation is better than the market standards, you get what you deserve (In actual sense). The communication between the different teams are easy and accessible. The diversity is rich and you will meet a lot of people.
Cons
The workload can be a bit much only when there's an important project due or deadlines are near but that's rare. The interview process is long but then again it's quite detailed since they want the best ones to work for them, so be the judge of it !
