      Solid work-life balance. Not many pros beyond that.

      Cons

      Zero career advancement, micromanaging from the executive level, below average pay. Not sure how they expect to retain any talent.

      Good opportunity to step into leadership because they're firing everyone

      Cons

      Comp scheduled for April likely isn't coming until Autumn according to people in the know and everyone will still be underpaid after that. Pitiful company.
