      A work-life balanced company, and I'm lucky to have a good boss who listens, people are super nice to work with

      Cons

      Teams are now going through integration which could be a bit disoriented, career progression quite limited

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
