Pros
Before the merger, there was definitely a family and team vibe. This was a great place to work with awesome people. And fidessa had the sense that they cared about their employees.
Cons
After the merger, and once Fidessa became Ion it was a totally different company. Did not feel as employee and client focused, not sure what they are focused on anymore. Lots of people have left which causes more people to leave, and didnt feel like anything was done to prevent this.
