1. Negative growth (trust me), would be tough to get employed to any other organization, would have to work way harder to switch to new company. 2. Horrible Management 3. No recognition whatsoever 4. Below par compensation. I mean if u are asking employees to work on low grade work, then atleast pay them well for that work 5. Nothing to learn 6. False interview. They will ask u questions on Selenium, Java etc etc but they will give u some home grown tool, BLAST which has zero market value, you will forget what ever you know 7. Office politics at its best
