      Pros

      They have a unique pros I must say- Fruit distribution every once a week. Beautiful and pleasant office which increase your mood to work. The annual parties are awesome.

      Cons

      HR transparency should be more. Too much politics within higher management. Lesser interactions with other team members.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
