      Pros

      Dealogic used to be a great company to work for, since ION only the good memories left for the employees

      Cons

      -unrealistic expectations, no real support -no transparency, no visibility, random decision making -a lot of people left the company- no replacement -Carpe diem lifestyle: any day can be your last, you can never know when they are going to fire you out of nowhere -terrible senior management, awful communication (they communicate the opposite of what is happening) -toxic culture- even the best people strated to give up their manners

      Pros

      I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

      Cons

      RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
