Pros

- Come on time and leave on time. Rarely need to stay. And if staying not for longer hours - Good compensation - good tech stack - not much noise about anything, hence mature company - Annual party. - Good Appraisal - Good infra

Cons

- no. of leaves is very low only 23 - no work from home - bad managers. Managers are so bad that they don't care at all about any problem and will just scold you if you want to share a problem. Also, bootlickers are favourites of Manager who do less of work and do more of backbiting - Appraisals and bonus are delayed by 2-4 months. - No sick leaves. There are medical leaves but you have to get admitted to a hospital for that. - parking charges are very high - no other facility than fixed salary component - No HRs. They got few from recent acquisitions but those are worse than not having HR. - they ask you to organise parties occasionally but from your own pocket money. No funding of such get togethers by company.

Pros

I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

Cons

RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
