Pros
Sanjay Chikara Sir is the only motivation to work in this office - He is a go-to guy and always ready to help. The company pays well, definitely not the paymaster. If you know your work you still are averagely paid out. Paymaster for mediocre and average talent. Free coupons to Marathons.
Cons
- No learning opportunity/still working on old age niche products. - Most people working here from 3-4 years are arrogant and don't have a healthy spirit to work as most of the intelligent and good people have already moved out. and seeing no professionalism the new talent they hire from colleges moves out within a year. - Old age slow-witted managers who don't focus on the quality of work rather on timings when you are coming and leaving office. - No future road map. - Irregular payout cycles - Appraisal due in March might happen in June or later. And even if you get to know your number of appraisal to be paid out from March month and if you resign before 30th of paid out month lets suppose - you resign on 29th June and arrear from March after your appraisal was to be paid on 30th June. They will hold your appraisal numbers and revised compensation. - Finance and HR departments suck - No policies. If you have any issues HR will not act as an ombudsman rather would discuss your problem with colleagues and your manager. - No exit policies - eg. If you leave 29th of the month your accrued holidays won't be prorated. They will simply not count that month in holiday calculation. - Support and Operations people are valued below average here. There is no value for their work. No work life balance. I have seen multiple CSA going through depression here. Definitely won't suggest anyone join support role here. - No free food / or food coupons. - Cab facility at odd timings only.
