Company with huge potential Really smart/interesting people who you can learn a lot from and are great to work with Good opportunities for growth and development Working morale is improving, with management introducing social events to incorporate a more open and friendly environment Great offices
Cons
Communication with senior management could be improved (steps are being taken to improve this) Some barriers are put in place (sometimes unnecessarily), which can effect employee morale
