      Pros

      Teamwork, salary, education were actually the best things there.

      Cons

      Chances to get a long term contract we’re low, since they kept rotating interns that year, and senior position were very stable. Don’t know if something changed since then.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
