Company is trying to redefine itself in the age of on line shopping and is grossly behind in the technology. Not gaining market share in existing markets due to heavy competition and cutting staff and management to maintain already healthy profit margin. Many seasoned coworkers have been let go to lower cost, all of this under the company vision of "Creating a Better Every Day life........ " such a crock. Disconnected corporate office/Field office Management with unrealistic expectations. They all talk a good talk but dont drink their own KoolAid.
