Pros

- 15% discount on IKEA products for you and your dependents - Reduced price meals - Flexible hours and ease in scheduling off days at least 3 weeks in advance - Full benefits starting at 20+ hours - Occasional parties - Emphasis on community outreach and service (though, that may be reduced currently) - You don't have to take your work home with you

Cons

- No upward mobility - Culture is preached one way; practiced another - NEW hires make $1.25/hour MORE than experienced workers for the same job - Most of the good upper management got demoted; current leadership is unresponsive in solving systemic issues See "Advice to Management" for more details.
