      Pros

      There is a close relationship between the workers and everyone gets along like a family. It is really a fun place to work.

      Cons

      The management is very clique-like as if they were back in highschool. Management seem to enjoy pitting workers against each other. The pay is lousy.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
