      Growing company market for Network and Mobile They are investing a lot on Enterprise ad Mobile

      Cons

      No chance to grow within the Software department Not so much project in Europe for BSS Old fashioned product delivered NGBSS (on-premise) Chinese approach to the business enablement is really bad, poor internal governance, no respect for individuals
