Pros
Diversity of products and platforms. Majority of employees are knowledgeable and good at what they do. Quality of people is excellent even though the teamwork can be improved at times. Compensation is above the industry average.
Cons
Bureaucracy and lack of collaboration. Can be territorial at times among managers and factions within the organization. Not much focus on professional development. The major reorganization by Rob Gillette was needed but has led to poor morale and a loss of A players across the company. Overall- the company is slow to respond to the market which led to essentially no work on the 787.
