UOP è un'azienda molto importante nell'ambito della raffinazione del petrolio e questa importanza si riflette in tutto: - Know-how enorme sui processi licenziati da UOP - Estrema disponibilità da parte di tutti i lavoratori senior dell'azienda, sempre pronti ad aiutare e spiegare. - Azienda molto grande ed organizzata con ampie possibilità di carriera - L'Early Career Program è ben strutturato con 4 rotazioni interessanti - Il programma è molto formativo e prepara al futuro ruolo sul campo - Stipendio molto alto - Smart Working

      Pros

      My immediate work environment is good. I’ve been able to get certifications paid for by the company. Band 3 benefits are good.

      Cons

      No internal promotion at all, even for those who are qualified and ready. The company is so averse to spending money that your career can stall here when you first start out. My skip level doesn’t seem to actually know what I do on a day to day basis. The leadership structure is constantly changing to the point where I don’t even pay attention to the announcement emails anymore.
